About

A bias toward the unmapped.

Uncharted Dynamics is a two-person firm run by Gabriel and Chelsey Conlon. We chose the name for what it stands for, a bias toward the unmapped and the freedom to go there. We're fully remote, we work with clients in Ireland and the US, and we keep the operation deliberately small to ensure the people who sell the work are the people who do it.

We started the company for a simple reason: the standard of technical and security work available to large organisations rarely reaches the smaller firms that need it just as much. We bring that standard down to a scale and a price that a growing business can actually use.

The people

Chelsey Conlon

Founder & Director

Chelsey runs Uncharted Dynamics — how the company operates, how clients are looked after, and how commitments get kept. She makes sure the way we work matches the standard we promise.

Bringing twenty years in hospitality and live events, running service teams, coordinating the vendors and logistics behind events that had to go right the first time, and looking after the people on both sides of the table. At the same time, a decade in indoor skydiving as an instructor and maintenance manager gave her the other half of the same instinct: responsibility for people's safety, and for the upkeep of equipment where "good enough" was never good enough.

Careful by instinct. Steady when it counts.

Gabriel Conlon

Founder & Principal

Gabriel works at the seam between building and defending. He started in software development seventeen years ago, spent a decade split across IT and cybersecurity, and researches how AI systems get attacked. He understands both how systems get built and how they get broken.

Before the technical career, he spent ten years in military special operations. He doesn't lead with it, but it shaped the temperament more than the résumé: a bias toward finishing, a low tolerance for noise, and the habit of staying calm when something's on fire.

Plainly explained, properly secured, actually done.
