This page explains, in plain language, what we collect on this site and what we do with it. Right now, the only information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form.

What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and — if you fill them in — your company, event type, guest count, date, location and message. Only name, email and your message are required; the rest is optional.

How it's processed

The form is submitted through Netlify Forms, which stores submissions so we can read them, and each submission is also sent to our company email address.

What it's used for

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry and to plan your event with you. We don't use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to help with your event and answer any follow-up questions.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your information for marketing. We share details with suppliers only where needed to deliver your event — for example, passing on a guest count to a venue you've booked through us.

Analytics

We currently use no analytics or tracking cookies on this site.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Emailinfo@uncharteddynamics.ie and we'll sort it out.
