We planned and ran our own wedding at iFly, tunnel flights first, then a reception in the lounge.
We got married at iFly, and we planned and ran the whole day ourselves. We flew the tunnel together in our wedding clothes while friends and family watched.
Then everyone moved into the iFly lounge for the reception. About thirty guests, champagne, dancing, and a dog doing laps of the room. We sorted the venue, the timings between flights and the reception, the food and drink, and the small jobs nobody notices until they go wrong.
It’s still one of our favourite days, and proof that a wedding doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.
