Last Patrol Band, from Colorado Springs bars and pubs to a packed New Year's Eve, building up to headlining Boot Barn Hall. We shot it all as Two Out Media.
Gabriel photographed and filmed Last Patrol Band as Two Out Media over months of shows around Colorado Springs. Some nights were small bars and pubs, the kind of room where the crowd stands close enough to touch the monitors. One was a packed New Year’s Eve at Buzzed Crow, the floor full and dancing before the band played a note. All of it built toward a headline night at Boot Barn Hall, a live music hall that holds about a thousand people standing, with a proper lighting rig and a screen big enough to read from the back row.
Across all those rooms Gabriel shot the wide view that takes in the whole crowd, plus the small moments that only show up if you stay close for the whole set. A hand on a fretboard. A shared look between bandmates. The group photo backstage once the gear was packed away. Different room every time, same band giving it everything.
What we loved
Watching a band we know well grow from bar gigs into a room built to hold a real crowd.
